Phil Haberland has over twenty years of experience as a Frontline Manager, Customer Service Manager and Supervisor in the international aviation industry. Phil has also had a very successful career as a major newspaper columnist in Western Australia and also as a high profile radio presenter on Fairfax talk-back radio 6PR with his own top rating show “Sunday Café.”
In addition to his role as a Client Relationship Manager, Phil also provides facilitation services in the areas of leadership and management development, OHS, customer service, interpersonal relationships, change management, negotiation and advanced selling techniques as well as business writing skills.
Phil's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (University of Sydney), Diploma in Education (University of Sydney), Diploma in Airline Operations, Diploma of Management a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Professional Coaching (AIM WA). Phil is also an accredited practitioner in Hogan and LSI diagnostics.

Brian first gained his passion for training whilst serving as a Police Officer at the Western Australian Police Academy’s Professional Education and Learning Faculty, wherein his primary role involved developing better leaders and managers within one of the most important Government departments. Whilst in this role, Brian initiated many change projects that affected operations within the Police Academy and training department’s right across Western Australia.
Brian sought to take his passion for effective change management and purposeful project management into the private sector, not just as a trainer, but also as a business consultant. Brian holds the ideal that an effective trainer is one who is also practically applying their skills and knowledge within contemporary workplace opportunities.
Brian utilises an interactive approach that encourages a practical application of the gained knowledge and this, coupled with his intrinsic understanding of practical business tools including computer systems, enhances his training and consulting effectiveness.
Brian has been providing training and assessment skills for more than 15 years across three different qualifications. His experience and ability to provide effective feedback to trainers has received critical acclaim and the highest of commentary reviews from clients.

Suzy began her career of facilitation, development and coaching at the beginning of the mobile phone revolution, honing these skills, her leadership of teams across a diverse range of disciplines including account management, strategy, product development, project management, marketing, online distribution and change management.
Her passion, commitment to innovation and quantifiable successes with and for the world’s 3 largest telecommunication companies have been shared with others through her work supporting individuals, teams and initiatives to meet and exceed return on investment within the US, South America, the Caribbean, Japan, Malaysia and Australia over the last 30 years.
With accreditations in over 7 licensed development assessments, Suzy is also a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and the Australian New Zealand Institute of Coaching.

Chris has held a variety of senior management and executive roles gained from over 20 years in organisational and leadership development. In addition to his role as Associate Director, AIM WA International, Chris is one of our Senior Consultants. Chris is responsible for the design, facilitation, and program direction of many of AIM WA’s executive programs both locally and internationally, as well as being an integral part of leadership development in the Pacific Rim region.
Chris’ areas of expertise include leadership and management development, executive coaching and change management.
Chris holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (Curtin University, 2014), Bachelor of Arts (Training and Development), Edith Cowan University, Advanced Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Finance. Chris also holds accreditations in MBTI, Hogan Personality Inventory and DISC.
