Overview

Talent management is the mantra of many sophisticated organisations. Having talented people is not enough. People need development to ensure their full potential is realised. In addition to talented people, the other scarce commodity is time. We don’t have the time to allow our talented people to evolve slowly and develop over many years. The AIM WA Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) addresses both these dilemmas.

Exceptional program design incorporating diverse and engaging learning approaches, fully residential format, and an intensive focus on performance improvement is coupled with skilled facilitators and coaches. This approach assures the fast-track development of your future leaders.

Participants can expect to be challenged and inspired, their organisations can expect new and applied insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level.

This premium program uses a blended learning approach which includes face-to-face sessions, access to our online learning platform and 12 months Professional Membership of AIM WA. Learn more at aimwa.com/blendedlearning

Who Will Benefit

Definitions of an emerging leader vary from organisation to organisation. However, this program has been designed for talented people whom the organisation believes have the potential to assume a mid to senior level position within the next three to five years. It is likely they will be relatively new in their career (five years or less managerial experience), or have aspirations to manage a team of people.

Pre-requisite

A pre-requisite for every participant is a completed Application Form, signed by their manager. AIM WA recognises the importance of a manager’s involvement and commitment to support their development – before, during and after the program. Details of this commitment are outlined on the Application Form.
