BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management / BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Blended 2017
One of AIM WA's most successful and well regarded programs, The Frontline Manager program is specifically designed to create a Return On Investment (ROI) for both the organisation and the individual through a highly participative learning approach and the implementation of a workplace project. Participants are challenged to reflect on their role and style and to explore ways they can significantly improve the performance of their work team.

Overview

  • 5 day face-to-face learning
  • 3 month learning experience
  • 12 month learning journey
  • Leading to a Certificate IV or Diploma of Leadership and Management.

This intensive program is the essential development experience for managers, supervisors, team leaders and frontline managers. It combines exposure to contemporary business and management practices with a stimulating learning environment and practical workplace application.

The Frontline Leader - Intensive Program begins with participants gaining access to a range of online resources, prior to the face-to-face component. These resources set up the program content, offer opportunities for reflection on their current role and prepare them for the whole program.

The 5 days of face-to-face content is delivered in a very different way. You will be on the move all week, learning in small groups, completing activities, case studies and simulations and using a variety of blended learning and flipped classroom technologies. All of which are designed to engage all learning styles and maximise your learning potential.

Following the face-to-face session, participants benefit from 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions. These can be used to reinforce the learning or support your progress towards gaining the Nationally Recognised qualification.

Still more online resources become available after the program as you embark on your assessment to demonstrate your application of the learning in your workplace.

Who Will Benefit

These qualifications are suited to frontline leaders who are required to build a productive team and implement the processes, procedures and work practices required to achieve performance outcomes. Participants may come from any industry or sector.

Program Content

If you are able to commit 5 full days and want to progress through the program with the same group of people then choose the intensive option. The week features a variety of high energy activities to accommodate a variety of learning styles and to cover the content in ways that enhance the transfer of learning to the workplace.

The program facilitators are highly experienced practitioners and learning professionals who understand the real world of work for supervisors and team leaders. Participants will be challenged to reflect on their own role and style and to explore ways they can significantly improve the performance of their work team.

This premium program uses a blended learning approach which includes face-to-face sessions, access to our online learning platform and 12 months Professional Membership of AIM WA. Learn more at aimwa.com/blendedlearning
