One of AIM WA's most successful and well regarded programs, The Frontline Manager program is specifically designed to create a Return On Investment (ROI) for both the organisation and the individual through a highly participative learning approach and the implementation of a workplace project. Participants are challenged to reflect on their role and style and to explore ways they can significantly improve the performance of their work team.

This intensive program is the essential development experience for managers, supervisors, team leaders and frontline managers. It combines exposure to contemporary business and management practices with a stimulating learning environment and practical workplace application.
The Frontline Leader - Intensive Program begins with participants gaining access to a range of online resources, prior to the face-to-face component. These resources set up the program content, offer opportunities for reflection on their current role and prepare them for the whole program.
The 5 days of face-to-face content is delivered in a very different way. You will be on the move all week, learning in small groups, completing activities, case studies and simulations. All of which are designed to engage all learning styles and maximise your learning potential.
Following the face-to-face sessions, participants benefit from 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions on Skype, by phone or face-to-face at AIM WA. These can be used to reinforce the learning or support your progress towards gaining the Nationally Recognised qualification.
Still more online resources become available after the program as you embark on your assessment to demonstrate your application of the learning in your workplace.

Program Fees and Assessment:
Fee includes the cost of assessment, 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions, access to online resources and Professional Membership of AIM WA. (12 x units of competency). Individual coaching dates will be set between the participant and coach at the training program.
