Who Will Benefit
This program has been designed for talented people whom an organisation believes have the potential to assume a mid to senior level position within the next three to five years. It is likely they will be relatively new in their career (five years or less managerial experience), or have aspirations to manage a team of people.
A pre-requisite for every participant is a completed Application Form, signed by their manager. AIM WA recognises the importance of a manager’s involvement and commitment to support their development – before, during and after the program. A wide variety of learning approaches are used throughout the ELP. This approach caters for different learning styles and exposes participants to alternative ways of learning. Each approach has specific objectives and focuses on particular skills, knowledge and behaviours.
Pre-work will be required prior to attendance on this program.
The Learning Journey - Life After the Program
The ELP represents part of the life-long learning journey of participants. Participants come to the program with substantial knowledge and experience. During the ELP we hope to fast-track their development and then offer ongoing opportunities to continue their learning journey through regular events that run throughout the year. Participants will also have access to additional mentoring or coaching sessions (3 x 1 hour sessions).
