    • Contract - Law and Risk Management

When contracts go wrong they can cost organisations an enormous amount, in people, time, money and reputation. Understanding the legal position and the most significant risks within a contract can help offset the exposure of the organisation to these losses. This program reveals the most important aspects of the law as they relate to contracts as well as providing tools for identifying and classifying risks.

It helps prepare participants for the phases of establishing, planning and procuring the necessary elements to increase the likelihood of the contract achieving its objectives.

    • Contract - Execution and Close-Out

As part of the Diploma of Contract Management, this module gets to the heart of ensuring the contract delivers on the promise and any variations are tackled promptly and skilfully. • Agile with Scrum Project Management

    • Yellow Belt - Six Sigma

The Yellow Belt program is the first stage on your Six Sigma journey. Participants explore the well regarded DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) philosophy, and the essentials of continuous improvement.

    • Internal and External Auditor Training

Whilst aimed at Auditors the program provides the skills for anyone to assess the way they do business, evaluate whether it is working for them, and determine better ways of doing it. • Lead Auditor Training

This program provides specific auditing skills enabling participants to operate as a lead auditor/team leader for audits of management systems at all levels throughout an organisation.

    • Lean

A Lean organisation replaces transactional leadership with transformational leadership. Lean systems improve process flow, eliminate waste, reduce delays and improve productivity. Effective implementation of the Lean concepts can help your organisation achieve just-in-time delivery and shorten lead times.

    • Process Mapping for Improvement

Process mapping is a powerful way of organising and managing work activities to create value for your customers and other interested parties. The process approach introduces horizontal management, crossing the barriers between different functional units and unifying their focus to the main goals of the organisation, thus helping you better understand, simplify and improve your business activities.
