This program blends proven marketing approaches with a focus on contemporary challenges, resources and tools.

Participants will be able to align organisational strategy with high-level marketing strategies such as customer experience mapping and the design of value propositions.

If you intend to gain the BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication, you must complete the core units of the BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication or BSBSS00077 Marketing and Communication Foundations Skill Set before attending the Marketing and Communication with Online and Social Media program.

Pre-requisite

Successful completion of BSBSS00077 Marketing and Communication Foundations Skill Set or the core units of BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications is a pre-requisite for BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication.
