The focus of this workshop will be on task design so that the materials, and texts, used in the teaching and learning of languages support both language practice and language use. The workshop will be practical, allowing participants to develop real tasks, that address both situational and interactional authenticity, and that can be used in their own learning and teaching contexts.
Prior to attending this you must have already attended the following workshops:
- ‘Tell Me Now; Show Me How. How to be a good language teacher’ and
- ‘Understanding Text and Task’
