Event Overview

Our two brilliant Harvard Business School faculty, Professor Scott Snook and Professor Alan MacCormack emphasise the courage that is required is not the blind courage that has little regard for consequences. Considered, thoughtful, bold courage is demanded. Professor Snook is passionate about authentic leadership and provides a compelling argument that in an increasingly chaotic world, authenticity is needed more than ever. The courage to be vulnerable, to put yourself in uncomfortable situations and to stand up for your values and beliefs are core to effective leadership in modern organisations.

For Professor MacCormack, sees courage every day in his work with organisations on strategy and innovation management. To challenge the status quo, to implement human centred design initiatives, to propose disruptive solutions and drive evidence based strategies demands grit and resilience from the leader. He will share his experiences from the leaders and organisations who have managed their innovation strategy skilfully.

Both Professors have wonderfully engaging delivery styles which complement their deep insights into the strategies and leadership of the best organisations in the world. When these skilful, master facilitators are joined by the best and brightest local, national and international leaders, it creates a world class learning experience. The Senior Executive Forum is shaped to build leadership and strategic capability in CEOs, business unit directors and senior executives
