  • AIM WA Open Training Program fees are due 7 days from date of invoice
  • Payment can be made by credit card online
  • Cheques can be made payable to Australian Institute of Management WA
  • All registrations are confirmed via email before the program starts
  • Program information letters or emails are sent out two weeks prior to the program commencement date
  • In the case of late registration, confirmation of attendance will be emailed or phoned through to the nominated person
  • Individuals or organisations must be current, financial members at the time of the training or event for member rates and eligibility to apply
  • Scholarship funds cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.

Privacy and your Personal Information

  • If your employer has paid for the AIM WA Program, Seminar or Event, it is a condition of your enrolment that AIM WA may disclose details of your attendance and assessment to your employer
  • AIM WA will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other individuals or organisations except in accordance with the AIM WA Privacy Policy
  • If an organisation representative has booked you on a program, seminar or event, the organisation warrants that it has obtained your consent to disclose your personal information to AIM WA and for AIM WA to disclose details of your attendance and assessment.

Use of AIM WA Training Vouchers

All Corporate Members who have joined or renewed their membership under the Corporate Gold, Corporate Silver and Corporate Bronze will no longer be issued with training vouchers and cannot redeem previously expired vouchers.

AIM WA training vouchers can only be used by Corporate Members who currently remain under the previous membership structure.

AIM WA Training Vouchers being used by Corporate Members, or their registered subsidiary, must be sent to AIM WA at the time of registration to receive the discount.

  • Training Vouchers may be used:
    • for up to 50% of the AIM WA Open Training Program and may not be split into amounts of less than the voucher value
    • for up to 25% (excluding GST) of the preparation time and delivery component of AIM WA’s Customised Training Programs
    • for up to 50% of the AIM WA Seminar fee and may not be split into amounts of less than the voucher value fee.

  • Training Vouchers may not be used:
    • for Assessment and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) fees
    • for Personal Membership Events
    • for AIM WA Venue Hire
    • with any other offer or promotion
    • on some programs, seminars or events (refer to the full program, seminar or event outline on our website).

  • Training Vouchers are:
    • valid until the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher
    • not transferrable to other organisations and may be used by Corporate Members or their registered subsidiaries only.

Transfer and Cancellation Conditions for AIM WA Programs, Seminars or Events

We recognise that plans can change, and our objective is to support our leaders and managers in their investment in personal and organisational development.

Unfortunately, there will be times when transfers or cancellations incur costs, and as a result, the following policies apply. If you are in any doubt about your options, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further.

AIM WA Open Training Programs and Qualifications

A small number of AIM WA’s Open Training Programs have transfer and cancellation conditions which differ from those outlined below, and these are indicated on the full program outline on our website.

Where assessment fees are paid up-front, these monies will be kept for the duration of the enrolment, but no longer than two years. Assessment fees may be transferred to another qualification if, as part of a Training Package change, you transition from the superseded qualification to its replacement.

Refunds will not be provided if you choose the wrong program or qualification. Where our services have been wrongly described or are different to what is advertised at aimwa.com, you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

What if AIM WA Cancels a Program, Seminar or Event?

If a program, seminar or event is cancelled by AIM WA, all participants will be notified and a full refund of the fee (including GST) will be offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available date for the same program, seminar or event (where possible).

  • AIM WA+UWA Business School Executive Education Open Program fees are subject to GST
  • AIM WA Personal Membership Event fees are subject to GST
