David’s 18 years of leadership and project management experience has seen him develop and lead large complex projects and operational teams across Australia and internationally. It is this ongoing experience that sparked David’s interest initially in training and development. Though it was through his experience in business projects, consulting and leadership that he saw an opportunity to work with people and business to improve accountability, performance and overall outcomes.
David started his career in the Royal Australian Navy and has since gained broad experience in industry working across maritime, tourism, health, education, mining, defence and Local, State and Federal Government. Joe has extensive experience in the computer training industry dating back to the very beginning of Microsoft Windows. His passion for project management has led him to specialise in Microsoft Project and has therefore developed his skills to master level.
He has many years of practical experience consulting directly with a wide range of different industries, which ultimately has lead him into the data management area specialising in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project., while training all other Microsoft products as well. To add value to the training room, Joe continues to develop Databases and Microsoft Office integration using Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming systems.
Joe has extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs as previously listed and has developed, delivered and assessed many different clients across many industry sectors.
In his role as an IT consultant and developer, Joe has focused on project management, data management systems and development work.
