Pam Beddow FAIM

As a senior executive (Wing Commander) in the Royal Australian Air Force, Pam was responsible for many successful projects across a wide range of fields including security, deployment of personnel and assets in support of operations,  and construction of facilities.   

She has always believed in, and succeeding by, using proper project management processes. With the advent of personal computers, Pam recognised that, used well, they had great value as a productivity tool.  

She developed a number of computer systems to ease the workload on her staff and herself, improve processes and provide better information for making sound management and project management decisions.  She extended her computing skills to business programming, developing and rolling out commercial databases using MS Access. 

Pam has the rare combination of extensive management and project management expertise coupled with an advanced level of computer expertise, and the ability to impart her knowledge to others.

Drew Davies AFAIM

Drew is a highly committed professional trainer and business coach, who delivers flexible and relevant training courses to participants.

Having provided services in numerous industry sectors, Drew draws upon this demonstrated experience to tailor his consultancy services to meet the specific requirements of clients.

Drew has 30 years of experience within the training and development field. In 1994 Drew became a professional trainer and coach, working for different organisations both as an employee and a consultant.

He became General Manager for a ‘not for profit’ organisation with a staff of over 20 employees funded by the Federal Government. In that role he gained relevant leadership experience at a senior management level guiding and directing the day to day operations of the business. Since then, he has consulted, coached and trained in industries as diverse as mining, oil and gas, ‘not for profit’, manufacturing and all levels of government within Western Australia.

Ron Kemp AFAIM

Ron is a management consultant and certified coach who uses his understanding of business operations across numerous industries to heighten the effectiveness of both individual and organisational performance.

Operating a successful management consulting practice, Ron’s client base has a broad application including mining, manufacturing, construction, entertainment, Government agencies and higher education.

Claire has extensive practical knowledge and skills that have developed as a result of extensive experience working in the fields of health, safety and training.

With over 20 years’ experience, Claire brings a wealth of industry knowledge with employment experience both nationally and internationally. This experience extends across a range of sectors and size of organisations. Claire’s ‘hands-on’ experience is complemented by her background as a Health, Safety and Environmental Regulator.

Claire’s commitment to the safety and training industry, achievements and successes reflect her ability to work with all levels of an organisation. 

Her expertise stems from a practical knowledge around the psychology of why people engage in risk-taking behaviours, the critical nature of effective supervision and engagement with a workforce to bring about positive change. Geraldine Kite AFAIM

Connie Rentschler AFAIM

Connie is an expert consultant whose facilitation style is both practical and highly relevant to her participants. With over 20 years’ experience conducting training workshops and providing consultancy services to a diverse group of clients, she has developed a style which enables clients to apply theoretical concepts to everyday tasks in a business environment.

Her main focus is on establishing a productive work environment by enabling staff to communicate effectively and to use their time efficiently in all areas of their work.  Connie’s career has spanned a wide variety of industries, such as national and international engineering, mining and exploration companies, international law firms and in local, state and commonwealth Government.

Connie studied at the universities of Munich (Germany), Moscow (Russia) and at ECU in Perth. She started her career as a high school teacher and language coach in English, Russian and German for speakers of other languages, before marketing and delivering IT courses. She has also worked as an executive secretary, translator, writer and proof-reader for technical and medical publications and has designed a range of commercially available software training programs for the German market.

Karen Schwenke AFAIM

Karen is a management consultant who offers clients expertise in organisational development, project management and people development within both public and private sector environments.

With over 20 years’ experience in supporting leaders and teams, she has provided project support, organisational and leadership development, quality and risk management, training and human resources. Karen possesses valuable insight into the various levels and roles within the business environment.

Doug Watson AFAIM

Julie Fraser AFAIM

Julie is an experienced Learning and Development professional involved with many aspects of the professional training and coaching industry.  Her career history includes roles in management, sales, marketing, learning and development within finance, aviation, resources, community services and healthcare sectors across Australia, UK, Europe and Middle East.

Her international roles provided her with the opportunity to work with many different cultures supporting her natural ability to connect and relate to all levels of people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

As the Australian lead facilitator of ‘Developing an Eye for Accuracy’ designed for data entry employees to improve their personal effectiveness and accuracy at work, Julie’s experience in facilitation is extensive in facilitating the training and development of personal leadership and effectiveness.

Internationally, Julie led a coaching programme for high talent employees to build their leadership capability and ability to manage teams more effectively resulting in a successful long term succession plan for the organisation.

Julie provides coaching and mentoring to clients in industry sectors as well as personal life and leadership coaching to the private sector using the Lumina Learning psychometric tool.

David Williss AFAIM

David’s 18 years of leadership and project management experience has seen him develop and lead large complex projects and operational teams across Australia and internationally. It is this ongoing experience that sparked David’s interest initially in training and development. Though it was through his experience in business projects, consulting and leadership that he saw an opportunity to work with people and business to improve accountability, performance and overall outcomes.

David started his career in the Royal Australian Navy and has since gained broad experience in industry working across maritime, tourism, health, education, mining, defence and Local, State and Federal Government. He has delivered projects ranging from construction, maintenance and service projects, organisational and strategic change, through to capital projects, education reform and large community events targeted to over 30,000 people. During his career, David has had the opportunity to work internationally throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Expanding on his experience in projects and management, David partners with organisations to help them better understand the process in which their projects operate. Using process mapping concepts and methodologies, David works with organisations to build transparency and consistency by developing bespoke blueprints for the development, delivery and management of projects.

To ensure industry relevance, David has also sat on the board of PMI WA (Project Management Institute Western Australia) as the Vice President providing guidance and support to the board in development of the project management industry in Western Australian whilst influencing project management practices under PMI Global.

Joe Foley AFAIM

Joe has extensive experience in the computer training industry dating back to the very beginning of Microsoft Windows. His passion for project management has led him to specialise in Microsoft Project and has therefore developed his skills to master level.

He has many years of practical experience consulting directly with a wide range of different industries, which ultimately has lead him into the data management area specialising in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project., while training all other Microsoft products as well. To add value to the training room, Joe continues to develop Databases and Microsoft Office integration using Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming systems.

Joe has extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs as previously listed and has developed, delivered and assessed many different clients across many industry sectors.

In his role as an IT consultant and developer, Joe has focused on project management, data management systems and development work. His continued office development and creation of integrated office systems keeps his training levels polished and skill levels high which ultimately benefit the client.

Joe is a very enthusiastic trainer who manages to pass on his enthusiasm to everyone he teaches.
