As a senior executive (Wing Commander) in the Royal Australian Air Force, Pam was responsible for many successful projects across a wide range of fields including security, deployment of personnel and assets in support of operations, and construction of facilities.
She has always believed in, and succeeding by, using proper project management processes. With the advent of personal computers, Pam recognised that, used well, they had great value as a productivity tool.
She developed a number of computer systems to ease the workload on her staff and herself, improve processes and provide better information for making sound management and project management decisions. She extended her computing skills to business programming, developing and rolling out commercial databases using MS Access.
Pam has the rare combination of extensive management and project management expertise coupled with an advanced level of computer expertise, and the ability to impart her knowledge to others.
Kylie has 15 years’ experience in management, education, community development, and leading organisational change. She has successfully developed and led a wide range of successful projects for a variety of organisations, including global companies, remote Indigenous communities and government agencies.
Kylie’s areas of expertise include consulting and facilitation, project management and training delivery. For the past five years Kylie has worked with clients in a wide range of areas including the facilitation of strategic planning processes and the design and delivery of training modules relating to change management, communication, conflict resolution, team development and emotional intelligence.
Kylie’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Education, a Bachelor of Science, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Drew has 30 years of experience within the training and development field, providing services across a wide range of industries including ‘not for profits’, the public sector, oil and gas, mining and retail.

Ron is a management consultant and certified coach with more than 20 years of experience. Ron has significant international experience having worked in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Singapore.

With over 20 years’ experience, Claire brings a wealth of industry knowledge with employment experience both nationally and internationally. This experience extends across a range of sectors and size of organisations. Claire’s ‘hands-on’ experience is complemented by her background as a Health, Safety and Environmental Regulator.

Doug has over 25 years’ experience in the finance, insurance, recruitment and hospitality industries leading teams of up to 250 people. His career background ranges from running his own business to working as an executive in a major bank as well as senior leadership roles in the not for profit sector and mutual corporations. Over the last 6 years Doug has consulted to a diverse range of clients in telecommunications, resources, public utilities and the local government sector.
Doug’s areas of expertise extends from strategy and planning to contract management and general leadership and managements. He has a particular interest in making finance based subjects relevant and accessible for people with limited exposure to the principles of accounting.
Doug is a Board member and secretary for Creative and Therapy Activities – a charitable organisation based in Perth’s northern suburbs supporting people with disabilities through involvement in craft, woodwork, dance and music activities.
