Pam Beddow FAIM

As a senior executive (Wing Commander) in the Royal Australian Air Force, Pam was responsible for many successful projects across a wide range of fields including security, deployment of personnel and assets in support of operations,  and construction of facilities.   

She has always believed in, and succeeding by, using proper project management processes. With the advent of personal computers, Pam recognised that, used well, they had great value as a productivity tool.  

She developed a number of computer systems to ease the workload on her staff and herself, improve processes and provide better information for making sound management and project management decisions.  She extended her computing skills to business programming, developing and rolling out commercial databases using MS Access. 

Pam has the rare combination of extensive management and project management expertise coupled with an advanced level of computer expertise, and the ability to impart her knowledge to others.

Kylie Cutten AFAIM

Kylie has 15 years’ experience in management, education, community development, and leading organisational change. She has successfully developed and led a wide range of successful projects for a variety of organisations, including global companies, remote Indigenous communities and government agencies.

Kylie’s areas of expertise include consulting and facilitation, project management and training delivery. For the past five years Kylie has worked with clients in a wide range of areas including the facilitation of  strategic planning processes  and the design and delivery of  training modules relating to change management, communication, conflict resolution, team development and emotional intelligence.

Kylie’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Education, a Bachelor of Science, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Kylie is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA, an Associate Member of the National Speakers Association of Australia and a Member of the Institute for Learning Professionals.

Drew Davies AFAIM

Drew has 30 years of experience within the training and development field, providing services across a wide range of industries including ‘not for profits’, the public sector, oil and gas, mining and retail.

Drew’s areas of expertise include leadership and management development, interpersonal skills, coaching and mentoring, managing stress and strengthening team performance.

Drew's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma of Professional Coaching, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Small Business. Drew is also an accredited MBTI and Hogan facilitator. Drew is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Institute for Learning Professionals.

Ron Kemp AFAIM

Ron is a management consultant and certified coach with more than 20 years of experience. Ron has worked with a range of clients including mining, manufacturing, construction, entertainment, government agencies and higher education. Ron has significant international experience having worked in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Singapore.

Ron offers expertise in the areas of leadership and management development, team development, change management, organisational development as well as training and coaching.

Ron’s qualifications include a Diploma of Management, Diploma of Professional Coaching and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Ron is also an accredited practitioner in a wide range of diagnostics including extended DISC, MBTI, Manager Impact, the LSI and NLP.

Claire Kennedy AFAIM

Claire has extensive practical knowledge and skills that have developed as a result of extensive experience working in the fields of health, safety and training.

With over 20 years’ experience, Claire brings a wealth of industry knowledge with employment experience both nationally and internationally. This experience extends across a range of sectors and size of organisations. Claire’s ‘hands-on’ experience is complemented by her background as a Health, Safety and Environmental Regulator.

Claire’s commitment to the safety and training industry, achievements and successes reflect her ability to work with all levels of an organisation. 

Her expertise stems from a practical knowledge around the psychology of why people engage in risk-taking behaviours, the critical nature of effective supervision and engagement with a workforce to bring about positive change. In addition to this is Claire’s ability to bring about organisational change through effective design, development and implementation of safety systems and training programs.

Geraldine Kite AFAIM

Geraldine Kite is a Management Consultant with over 25 years’ operational experience in the management of WHS, HR and Organisational Change across a diverse range of industries from mining and resources to the public sector and health care.  As a highly respected Management Consultant, Geraldine draws on her extensive senior operational experience and knowledge of best practice to provide tailored, practical solutions to achieve sustainable performance improvement.

As a well-known Training Facilitator and Coach, Geraldine creates a dynamic and lively learning experience that optimises the skills development of participants.

Connie Rentschler AFAIM

Connie has more than 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant working with a diverse range of clients in industries including the public sector, engineering, mining, education, finance and the legal professions.

Connie’s areas of expertise include business writing, design of procedural and policy manuals, computing skills, office administration, communication and presentation skills as well as management development.

Connie's qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (University of Munich), Graduate Diploma of Arts (Edith Cowan University), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and NAATI Level III Accreditation (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters). Connie also has accreditations in editing and Writing Dynamics®.

Karen Schwenke AFAIM

Karen is a management consultant who offers clients expertise in organisational development, project management and people development within both public and private sector environments.

With over 20 years’ experience in supporting leaders and teams, she has provided project support, organisational and leadership development, quality and risk management, training and human resources. Karen possesses valuable insight into the various levels and roles within the business environment. 

Karen’s overall experience has been gained across many industries including Federal, State and Local Government sectors, oil and gas, mining, civil construction, transportation and health. Her qualifications include Certificate IV in Quality Management, Diploma of Business (Quality Auditing), Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development, Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  She is accredited in LSI and Genos EI.

Doug Watson AFAIM

Doug has over 25 years’ experience in the finance, insurance, recruitment and hospitality industries leading teams of up to 250 people. His career background ranges from running his own business to working as an executive in a major bank as well as senior leadership roles in the not for profit sector and mutual corporations. Over the last 6 years Doug has consulted to a diverse range of clients in telecommunications, resources, public utilities and the local government sector.

Doug’s areas of expertise extends from strategy and planning to contract management and general leadership and managements. He has a particular interest in making finance based subjects relevant and accessible for people with limited exposure to the principles of accounting.

Doug is a Board member and secretary for Creative and Therapy Activities – a charitable organisation based in Perth’s northern suburbs supporting people with disabilities through involvement in craft, woodwork, dance and music activities.

Doug’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management), a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Accounting), an Advanced Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He is also a level 1 accredited executive coach.

John Wilcock AFAIM

John’s relationship with AIM WA spans more than 25 years, most recently as the Manager of Corporate Membership.

John’s area of expertise is in helping senior leaders to develop their businesses by increasing their sales, raising their service level in a sustainable way and by responding appropriately to changing market needs. John also uses his skills and knowledge to assist our clients to manage their projects efficiently in order to maximise their return on investment.

John’s qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Business Management, a Diploma of Project Management and a Diploma of Contract Management.
