Overview
This program has been designed in consultation with Western Australian HR leaders. It reflects the needs and issues of the local business environment and combats these by providing the knowledge and skills required for effective HR management.
Prerequisites
Participants will require a sound theoretical knowledge base in HR management and should be able to demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that HR functions are effectively conducted in your organisation or business area.
