No one wants a crisis but with the right skills it can be an opportunity to lead, inspire and galvanise your reputation.

Crisis Communication is an essential skill for any modern leader. There are no invisible leaders in a crisis and they can happen to anyone. Knowing exactly what to say, when to say it, to who and how, will be critical in whether you are able meet the challenge, protect your business, get the most out of your team and grow your personal reputation.

Melissa Bowen and Sandra Di Girolamo are both senior journalists with more than 20 years experience in newsrooms around the country.  From Royal Commissions to business collapses, tragedies, criminal charges and the most damaging allegations of wrong doing, they have seen it all.

Crisis Communication Training is a central pillar to their business, ThinkBox Media. They work with clients from industries including Mining and Resources, Education, Health, Aged Care, Legal, Government, Construction and Not for Profit.

Melissa and Sandra will discuss and answer your questions on how you can prepare for the unknown and what to do when a crisis hits. How do you refocus attention from the problem to the solution, what to say when you don’t have all the answers and the worst advice you could ever follow.
