AIM WA Members are constantly seeking out opportunities to learn and to grow their business networks with like-minded business professionals. Our Personal Members form an innovative and diverse management and leadership community, from new supervisors through to executive managers and CEOs.

As an Affiliate Member you will have the opportunity to meet others from different industries, government and not-for-profit sectors and mix with professionals from all age groups. We have a full annual events calendar with a wide range of events to keep members up to date with the latest management and leadership best practice and to support business networking.

    Well-known leaders share their personal leadership journeys and unique insights over breakfast
  • Professional Development Sundowners
    Management and leadership skills-focussed information and learning presentations
  • Your Best Self Series
    Lunch break briefings covering topics such as healthy diets, exercise and how to mediate and why it's good for us.
  • Site Visits
    An exclusive look behind-the-scenes at how other organisations operate their business
  • Business Book Club
    Facilitated discussions on the practical application of learning from management and leadership
  • Annual End-Of-Year Members' Sundowner
    An evening of celebration and thanks for all the Institute's Personal Members.

To attend any of these events you need to be a Personal Member (Professional or Affiliate).  As an Affiliate Member, you are welcome to register up to 3 non-member guests, as long as you are attending the event.
