Dr Renu Burr
Renu’s extensive capability in executive management, leadership development, organisational and personal transformation has been built over 30 years of business, leadership and academic experience.

Renu has worked in senior management, consultant and advisory roles to improve business and leadership effectiveness in the private and public sectors in Australia and overseas. Renu is a highly skilled executive coach and facilitator. Renu has been a member of the faculty in the Business School at the University of Western Australia since 1991, teaching in the MBA and other post-graduate programs.

This series of virtual interactive workshops, delivered by world-class UWA faculty will give senior leaders certainty and a path forward from the current disruption. It will focus on the key business imperatives of Leadership, Finance, Strategy, and Innovation and will provide cutting edge insights into how to lead effectively from these four critical pillars.

While we have long been aware of living in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, the visceral reality of it has been heightened by the impact of COVID-19 in all spheres of our lives. As leaders we can no longer rely on best practice or known expertise. We must now create the paths as we walk them to reimagine the future. Novel and emergent responses to complex and chaotic situations calls for adaptive and authentic, values-based leadership to inspire creativity, innovation
