The professional development is aimed at demonstrating high performance in the workplace, career planning and managing the multifaceted roles of women.

Participants will be guided through contemporary ideas on leadership, career planning, negotiation and management. They will also develop a greater understanding of themselves and their impact on others. They will learn how to overcome barriers that can exist in the workplace that may hinder professional growth.

Spread over four weeks, participants will have the opportunity to try out new skills, apply new knowledge and then reflect on their success.
