This program covers essential tools and techniques that address the entire project life cycle, including dealing with risks, issues and changes. It explains the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that enables project components to be identified and tracked. A case study is used which will enable you to plan and create key project documentation to effectively manage and control projects.
