Each year AIM WA holds over 50 seminars and events. They range from large seminars involving international speakers from business schools and universities around the world to more intimate breakfasts, sundowners and workshops with national and WA speakers.
Although these seminars and events are different in their content and style, they all provide an opportunity for you to build your knowledge, skills and competence and to meet new people and develop your professional networks.

Your Best Self Series takes a holistic approach to self-development offering inspiration, information and expert guidance across a range of personal development areas. These lunch break briefings will cover topics such as healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle; how to find a career you're passionate about; managing your personal finances to achieve your life goals and developing a positive mental attitude and building resilience.
These more intimate sessions are informal, facilitated discussions about popular management and leadership texts. They focus on the sharing of ideas and the practical application of the learning that comes from reading the text. The book is chosen by AIM WA and advised to members at least 8 weeks prior to the event.
These small sessions provide guests with an exclusive look behind-the-scenes at how other interesting organisations and entities operate their businesses. Member groups have made visits to organisations such as WA Police Forensics Department, WA Newspapers, Fremantle Dockers Football Club and ABC Studios.
