Through her program, ‘Breakthrough Your Inner Glass Ceiling to Unlock Your True Potential’, Preetie redefines women's empowerment, helping them overcome internal barriers and step into their authentic power.

As a renowned business professional and consultant, Narelle leads the Career Accelerator Programme to empower the next generation of trailblazers. She leverages partnerships to provide industry-specific, problem-based learning and executive-level mentorship opportunities to young leaders of tomorrow.
