At this level, you take responsibility for your own performance, provide leadership, guidance and support to others and help organise and monitor your team's output. You solve a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and you analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Leading a project from start to finish asks a lot: scope, time, cost, people and risk, all at once. This qualification is for people who apply project management skills and knowledge across a range of industries. At this level, you lead and manage projects and are responsible for achieving project objectives. You draw on a sound theoretical knowledge base and a range of specialised, technical and management skills to initiate, plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and the work of others.
