Registration and Fees
- AIM WA Open Training Course fees are due 7 days from date of invoice
- Payment can be made by credit card online
- All registrations are confirmed via email before the course starts
- Course information letters or emails are sent out two weeks prior to the program commencement date
- In the case of late registration, confirmation of attendance will be emailed or phoned through to the nominated person
- Individuals or organisations must be current, financial members at the time of the training or event for member rates and eligibility to apply.
EOFY 2022 Offer
- Valid for 10% off the current member rate, for courses booked and paid in full before 30 June 2022
- Applies to bookings made between 1 June 2022 and 30 June 2022 on Management, Virtual or Computing courses attended between 1 July – 31 December, 2022
- Cannot be used towards assessment fees, one-on-one coaching, seminars, personal membership events, customised or in-company training, residential courses or AIM WA regional training
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/offer/Community Training Grant Funds (Scholarships) or Community Leadership Program (CLP).
Early Bird 2023 Offer
- Valid for 10% off the current member rate, for courses booked and paid in full before 31 December 2022
- Applies to bookings made between 25 November 2022 and 31 December 2022 on Management, Virtual or Computing courses completed before 31 March 2023

- Community Training Grants awarded from 2022 will have until 31 December 2022 to book and attend training.
- Places on courses are subject to availability. A maximum of 3 participants from one organisation may attend any one iteration of a Management or Computer courses on the same date.
- Community Training Grant funds cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/offer.
Corporate Membership - Complimentary Training Day(s) Usage
- Can be used on non-residential Open Courses as outlined in the AIM WA 2022 Training Course Guide excluding the list of courses/training listed above in the Community Training Grant Funds.

A small number of AIM WA’s Open Training Courses have transfer and cancellation conditions that differ from those outlined below, and these are indicated on the full course outline on our website.
Where assessment fees are paid up-front, these monies will be kept for the duration of the enrolment, but no longer than two years. Assessment fees may be transferred to another qualification if, as part of a Training Package change, you transition from the superseded qualification to its replacement.
Refunds will not be provided if you choose the wrong program or qualification. Where our services have been wrongly described or are different from what is advertised at aimwa.com, you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Privacy and your Personal Information
- If your employer has paid for the AIM WA Course, Seminar or Event, it is a condition of your enrolment that AIM WA may disclose details of your attendance and assessment to your employer
- AIM WA will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other individuals or organisations except in accordance with the AIM WA Privacy Policy
- If an organisation representative has booked you on a course, seminar or event, the organisation warrants that it has obtained your consent to disclose your personal information to AIM WA and for AIM WA to disclose details of your attendance and assessment.
What if AIM WA Cancels a Course, Seminar or Event?
If a course, seminar or event is cancelled by AIM WA, all participants will be notified and a full refund of the fee (including GST) will be offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available date for the same course, seminar or event (where possible).

- AIM WA Personal Membership Event fees are subject to GST
