You use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational requirements. You develop and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, analyse and bring together information from a variety of sources.

This qualification is for people who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with leadership and management experience, across a range of industries. At this level, you use initiative and judgement to plan and implement leadership and management functions, and you are accountable for personal and team outcomes. You analyse and bring together information from a variety of sources, share your knowledge with others and respond to complex problems with creative and well-reasoned ideas.
