    Dr Steve Brown AFAIM Manager, AIM WA+UWA Business School Executive Education

    Dr Steve Brown is Acting Director of Executive Education. Steve is a Psychologist with broad experience working with various industries and organisations. His PhD examined emotional labour and the impacts of staff engaged in such work. Steve is particularly sought after for his facilitation of learning events around mental health, resilience and workplace health and safety. Steve also has extensive experience as a front line employee in an operational role and as a manager, educator, project manager, researcher and author. Steve’s previous roles include working closely with some of the world’s biggest organisations and their systems and processes. Steve has worked in South Africa, Turkey, and New Zealand with leaders and front line employees providing leadership development, cultural change, and coaching, as well as psycho-education around risk perception and risk management.

    Mr Chris Williams AFAIM Associate Director, AIM WA International

    Chris has held a variety of senior management and executive roles gained from over 20 years in organisational and leadership development. Chris is one of our Senior Consultants and is responsible for the design, facilitation, and program direction of many of AIM WA’s executive programs both locally and internationally, as well as being an integral part of leadership development in the Pacific Rim region.
