This event is a unique opportunity for prospective participants, organisations and potential sponsors to learn more about the Beediyar program, which is open to First Nations managers and leaders across the corporate, public, not-for-profit and charitable sectors in Western Australia.

Beediyar is the Noongar word for ‘leader,’ and is a culturally responsive program designed to fast-track the career progression of Indigenous managers and leaders.

Through participation, the 2027 Beediyar group will contribute to addressing the underrepresentation of First Nations professionals in senior roles and join a vibrant community committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive executive landscape.
