The 2026 Senior Executive Forum explores how leaders make and hold strategic positions that challenge convention and create value. Distinguished Harvard Business School faculty, Professors Felix Oberholzer-Gee and Tiona Zuzul, will lead a thought provoking and immersive program of Harvard Business School case studies designed to challenge your thinking as senior leaders.

2026 Professors
Leading this year’s Forum are Professors Felix Oberholzer-Gee and Tiona Zuzul from Harvard Business School, distinguished experts in strategy and leadership.
Professor Felix Oberholzer-Gee, the Andreas Andresen Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, is a globally recognised authority on competitive strategy and the impact of digital technology on corporate performance. An award-winning educator and co-host of the TED podcast After Hours, Professor Oberholzer-Gee brings deep insight into how organisations create value and sustain competitive advantage in turbulent environments.
Professor Tiona Zuzul, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, studies how leaders’ thinking and communication shape strategic decisions and organisational outcomes. Named one of Poets & Quants’ Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors and a Thinkers50 Radar honouree, she helps leaders navigate complexity and make courageous choices that drive innovation and growth.
Together, Professors Oberholzer-Gee and Zuzul will guide participants through an immersive exploration of strategy, decision making and the courage to commit when the stakes are high.
Associate Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School
Tiona Zuzul is an Associate Professor in the Strategy Unit. She teaches the MBA elective Making Difficult Decisions, a PhD seminar in Strategy Research Development, and contributes to various executive education programs. Professor Zuzul studies how leaders’ cognition and communication shape the decisions and behaviors that drive organizational outcomes. She was named a Poets & Quants 40 Best Under 40 Business School Professors and a Radar Thinker by Thinkers50, the global ranking of management experts.
Professor Zuzul's work has been published in leading journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, the Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, and the Strategic Management Journal, and has earned awards from the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society (including its inaugural Research Methods award).
Before joining HBS, Professor Zuzul was an Assistant Professor at the London Business School, and at the University of Washington, where she received both the MBA Professor of the Quarter and PhD Faculty Mentor awards. Prior to her academic career, she worked in consulting.
Professor Zuzul holds a doctorate in Strategy from Harvard Business School, MSc with Distinction from the London School of Economics, and AB with Honors from Harvard College. She serves on the editorial boards of Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and the Strategic Management Journal.
Andreas Andresen Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School
Felix Oberholzer-Gee is the Andreas Andresen Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. An award-winning instructor, his academic work and consulting are focused on competitive strategy and the effects of digital technology on corporate performance.
His research has been published in the very best, peer-reviewed journals of his profession and profiled by media outlets around the world, including Financial Times, Le Figaro, New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
Oberholzer-Gee teaches competitive strategy in the HBS MBA program and in executive education courses such as the Harvard General Management Program. He serves as faculty chair of the Senior Executive Leadership Program for China, the Driving Digital Strategy and the Managing Turbulence programs. He has held various leadership roles at HBS, including chair of the MBA program and Senior Associate Dean for the school’s global research centres.
He is a cohost of the popular TED podcast After Hours. Among his happiest times are when he is cooking and eating (not necessarily in this order.)

Participants on the AIM WA Senior Executive Forum will be accommodated at the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront, where the program will be conducted for two and a half days.
