An immersive one day event

Join us for a full day dedicated to shaping the future of workplace wellbeing. This immersive event blends inspiring keynotes, engaging panel discussions and hands on activities designed to spark ideas and provide practical strategies you can implement immediately.

You will hear from three exceptional keynote sessions. Julian Pace, Founder and CEO of Happiness Co, opens the day with a powerful session on leading with happiness and longevity. Jordan Doropoulos, health, wellbeing and personal development specialist, shares tangible practices for building resilience and supporting mental and physical health. In the afternoon, Tracey Quayle, a Perth based counsellor with over 20 years of experience, brings warmth and deep insight into self care and emotional regulation in a keynote on boundaries, trust and expectations, followed by a Q&A with her husband and collaborator Scott Quayle.

Throughout the day you will also gain valuable perspectives from panel discussions and an experiential learning activity that will help you build your own wellbeing toolkit.
