  • Day 2 – Embedding Values and Vision Across the Enterprise
    • Revisiting the strategic landscape: Embedding values in culture and strategy
    • Navigating strategic and ethical dilemmas at the executive table
    • World Café Dialogue (SOAR model): How might we lead through values to create conditions for enterprise success?
    • Action planning and accountability mapping for sustained leadership impact
    • Personal reflections and commitments.
