While project management can be perceived as traditional, Project Analytics is a relatively new branch of knowledge, developed in response to the practical needs that managers and senior decision makers face in projects. This course strengthens your ability to interpret project data, uncover performance issues, and make data-driven decisions across different stages of the project lifecycle. As projects become more complex, professionals must understand not only what has happened, but why it happened, what is likely to happen next, and which actions will deliver the best outcomes. This course not only covers all these areas but also takes steps to expand participants’ knowledge and skills beyond these capabilities.
This course introduces the four core types of analytics, including, descriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics, and show how these can be used in projects to shift from intuitive to data driven decision making.
Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, participants learn how analytics enhances informed decision-making. The program builds confidence in using data as a strategic asset to improve project delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication.
