We are living in changing times and never before has it been more important for you, as managers, to take time out of your busy routines to stop, reflect on your leadership approach and learn new ways to achieve results.

Making the transition from being an expert at the department or functional level into general management requires that you develop a strategic mindset, a comprehensive approach and an increasingly diverse range of skills.

This program will support you to better understand the complexities of a general management role, while equipping you to rapidly develop your understanding of business operations.
