What to expect

The Frontline Leader program is one of AIM WA’s most recognised and impactful leadership experiences. Designed for supervisors, team leaders and frontline managers, it combines contemporary leadership practice with a highly engaging learning environment that builds confidence and practical capability. The program is intentionally structured to create a strong return on investment for both you and your organisation by building confidence, capability and practical leadership habits that make an immediate difference.

The program uses a blended approach, beginning with online reflection tools before moving into five days of immersive, face-to-face learning. You will work in small groups, complete case studies and simulations and stay actively involved throughout the week to maximise learning and apply concepts immediately. This hands-on structure helps you understand how to influence culture, lead diverse individuals and create stronger alignment within your team.

Your learning continues beyond the classroom. After the program, you will receive three one-hour coaching sessions to personalise your development and embed new habits. For those seeking formal recognition, you also have the option to enrol in a nationally recognised qualification at a reduced cost, using your program learning to work towards a Certificate IV or Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Note: Individual coaching dates are set between you and your coach at the program. Pre-work is required prior to attendance.
