Online Learning: Suitable for individuals developing new skills or transitioning into leadership roles and currently do not meet the requirements for the RPL Pathway
RPL: Perfect for current team leaders, supervisors, or those in operational roles with at least two years’ experience wanting to have their skills, experience and previous training recognised without having to repeat the same learning.

Self-paced via our online portal to offer a flexible approach that can fit around your personal and work commitments. It is important to stay self-motivated and study consistently to reach your goals within the enrolment timeframe.
RPL Pathway
You will be required to upload evidence using workplace samples and answer knowledge-based questions using real examples of workplace tasks and processes you have undertaken as part of your role to support your application.
Online Learning Pathway
This pathway provides you with access to eLearning materials, learner guides, quizzes and activities (including the filming of role-play activities). It is based on a simulated workplace environment using scenario-based assessment tasks and theory-based questions to support building on existing skills and knowledge. (There is no face-to-face training or trainer led sessions).

Enrolment in this qualification is for 12 months.
The actual timeframe will be dependent on how generally motivated you are to progress through the requirements. In the event you are unable to complete the requirements within this timeframe, you may have the option to extend or re-enrol (conditions apply - see our RTO Schedule of Fees and Charges).
