Overview

In today’s fast-paced, complex, and often disruptive business environment, change is no longer an event — it’s a constant. Yet, research consistently shows that up to 70% of change initiatives fail. Why? Because organisations often focus on managing change processes rather than leading people through change.

This course is designed to bridge that gap by equipping participants with the skills, mindset, and tools to lead change from the inside out.

Participants will explore both the psychological and operational dimensions of change, learning how to anticipate and manage resistance, build trust, and engage stakeholders effectively. They will dive deep into proven frameworks such as Kotter’s 8-Step Model and Lewin’s Force Field

Analysis, while applying their learning in a practical, hands-on change case challenge that simulates a real-world change scenario.

Through engaging discussions, reflective activities, practical exercises, and collaborative problem-solving, this course goes beyond theory to provide actionable strategies for leading successful change initiatives in any organisation.
