This two-day course is designed to help managers and leaders develop the emotional intelligence (EQ) skills necessary to enhance their leadership effectiveness, build stronger teams, and navigate workplace challenges with confidence.

  • Strengthening self-regulation by learning how to manage emotions under pressure: Understand and use practical tools like mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and emotional pauses.

  • Recognising emotional triggers and hot buttons during conflict: Avoid reactive behaviour and maintain control in tense or confrontational situations.

  • Practicing empathy to understand and relate to others’ emotions: Even during disagreement, helping to reduce tension and build trust.

  • Developing social awareness: By reading non-verbal cues and emotional climates to better navigate group dynamics and unspoken conflict.

  • Exploring conflict styles and emotional responses: Understand personal conflict styles of self and others and how to shift toward more emotionally intelligent approaches.
