Krista is a recognised and leading Data Governance professional with an extensive track record in developing and delivering strategic data programs, both nationally and industry-specific.
Her areas of expertise include data strategy, enterprise data frameworks, data governance, data ethics, data literacy, AI governance, privacy, and the alignment of data, as well as digital and technology outcomes whilst uplifting data culture.

Patrick is a Professor at the Curtin University Future of Work Institute and a registered Organisational Psychologist. His research interests relate to the processes involved in personnel recruitment, assessment and selection.
These include attracting talent, designing fair and diversity-supportive selection systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Patrick is especially interested in how technological developments, particularly generative AI, are influencing these processes.
