  • Strategic Questioning: Use open, probing and funnel questioning techniques to uncover information, clarify meaning and guide productive conversations

  • Courageous Conversations with Confidence: Learn assertive communication techniques that maintain relationships while addressing issues directly, including the 60-second start framework for opening challenging conversations

  • Personal Action Planning: Create specific communication actions for key workplace relationships and establish accountability for ongoing practice and development.
