Effective workplace relationships depend on the ability to listen, adapt and speak with clarity and confidence. Yet many professionals struggle with communication challenges such as being misunderstood, navigating different personalities or addressing issues directly without damaging trust.

This course is designed for emerging leaders, team leaders, supervisors, project coordinators and professionals who need to communicate effectively across diverse teams, influence without authority and handle challenging conversations as part of their role.

Master the art of clear, confident expression while remaining receptive and open to others' concerns. You will discover the psychological impact this communication method has on long-term relationships and how influential it can be in achieving agreement with others.
We do not manage time - we manage ourselves with respect to time - time is life! On this course you will learn the difference between importance and urgency and will be given tools, techniques and strategies that can be used back in the workplace to maximise the time they spend completing the tasks that matter most, whilst minimising time spent on tasks that don't.
This course equips you with the skills to drive behavioural change, whether you're introducing a new product, implementing safety protocols, launching software, or simply aiming to improve team punctuality.
Respectful communication begins with listening. In this course, you will explore how to build trust and connection with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through genuine engagement and awareness of cultural context.
You will discover practical ways to listen with care, communicate with integrity and strengthen relationships through mutual understanding.
