Learn how to design brands, services and market systems that create long-term value for customers, communities and the planet.
This intensive program helps senior leaders shift from traditional growth models to regenerative strategies that restore and strengthen the systems they depend on, building trust, resilience and sustainable organisational performance.
2 Days
Organisations today operate in environments where shifting expectations, ecological constraints and increased stakeholder scrutiny are reshaping how leaders compete and create value. Traditional approaches to strategy - focused on efficiency, optimisation and incremental sustainability - are no longer enough. This program introduces regenerative market leadership, a strategic approach that helps organisations design brands, services and systems that contribute positively to customers, communities and the environment.
Across two days, you will explore frameworks that support a shift from linear and extractive thinking to strategies that restore, renew and strengthen the market systems your organisation relies on. You will learn how regenerative principles can be integrated into brand leadership, service design and system strategy to build trust, improve social and ecological outcomes and support future organisational growth.
Through case teaching, interactive workshops and a hands-on applied strategy lab, the program enables you to diagnose system dynamics, rebalance stakeholder relationships and identify leverage points for meaningful, long-term impact. You will leave with a regenerative strategy blueprint tailored to your organisation, giving you practical tools to lead with confidence in a rapidly changing market environment.
