Dr Eva Zellman

Diversity & Inclusion Expert, Facilitator and Executive Coach – Diversity Council Australia

Eva is a certified diversity professional with extensive experience identifying and implementing inclusion strategies across multiple diversity dimensions through evidence-based practices. She also delivers diversity and inclusion training for leaders and team members at Diversity Council Australia.

With a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, Eva has just submitted her PhD dissertation researching how leaders can best manage an ageing and age-diverse workforce.   

She has a rich background working as an organisational development consultant, focusing on leadership development, developing high performing teams, career coaching and facilitation. 

Amber Anthony

Founder - Neurospicy Collective 

Amber leads Neurospicy Collective, a group making impactful change by placing people at the core of inclusion. With expertise in neuro-accessibility, and neuro-inclusivity, coupled with a specialisation in behaviour change, she empowers organisations to drive meaningful action through authentic conversations.

Combining her lived experience of neurological disability, a professional background within clinical settings and a neuro-affirming approach #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs, Amber's passion lies in creating places where everyone can thrive. Let her show you how to fix the environment, not the flower!

Emma Garlett

Director - Garlett Group

Emma Garlett is a Nyungar-Nyiyaparli-Yamatji woman from Geraldton, a First Nations leader and Director of 100% Indigenous-owned specialist communications and sustainability firm Garlett Group.

She is an Industry Fellow at the Sustainable Minerals Institute at The University of Queensland, a Teaching Fellow at the Law School at the University of Western Australia and an Adjunct Professor at Federation University where she sits on the Advisory Board for the National Centre of Reconciliation, Truth and Justice. She also is a member of the First Nations Governance Forum with the AICD.

Before founding Garlett Group, Emma practised as a solicitor at a top-tier law firm in Perth and worked at BHP. She is a regular First Nations legal and business social commentator and writes weekly columns in print and online for The West Australian.
