Kate Walawski

Barrister - Principal Consultant - Sage Strategic Consulting

Kate has experience in helping businesses navigate the Australian employment and safety law landscape, assisting them in minimising their legal risk and exposure and achieving legal compliance. She has helped clients manage workforce challenges and has supported the long-term growth of their businesses.

As a passionate educator, Kate is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. She also delivers tailored training workshops on workplace and safety issues and employment law best practices, with an increasing focus on creating respectful workplaces, bullying and sexual harassment, bystander training and psychological health and safety.

Kate is an experienced mediator with national accreditation. She has an established history in conducting workplace investigations and in being able to facilitate the resolution of complex workplace disputes.

Abby Hunt GAICD

Director at Veraison WA, Data Drives Insight Co-Founder and Counselling Psychologist.

Abby is a Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in corporate psychology. She has specialised in employee and management professional development programs and executive coaching and has a particular interest in team and organisational culture change programs.

She is also the Co-Creator of the first to market Psychological Safety and Inclusivity (PSI) Indicator, which measures psychological safety, inclusivity and psychosocial risks to provide digitally enabled solutions.

As an experienced psychologist, Abby holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling, a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Linda O'Farrell FAIM

Director - Go Higher

Linda is the founder of Go Higher, a purpose driven consultancy inspiring companies and leaders to go higher and transform culture and contribution.

As a senior People and Culture executive, Linda has shaped people strategy for leading international resources companies including Newcrest Mining, BHP, Mount Gibson, and Fortescue Metals Group where she held the role of Director Fortescue People from 2013 to 2022, a period of massive growth based on a valued based culture of innovation.

After gaining a Bachelor of Economics (Honours in Industrial Relations) from the University of Western Australia, Linda commenced her career with CCIWA. Moving into the resources sector sparked her interest in leadership development, Aboriginal employment and building workplaces which support people and families.

Linda is a Director of Lifeline Australia and Austin Engineering Ltd and she is a member of AICD and Chief Executive Women.
