Event overview

Leaders from not-for-profits face unique challenges in navigating today’s dynamic environment. While large organisations often leverage significant resources, skilled teams, and robust systems to drive their mission, this summit will provide fresh insights and tools to deepen their impact and foster innovation.

For small to medium-sized NFPs, this event offers access to critical professional development, equipping boards and senior executives with the expertise and strategies needed to guide decision-making and ensure long-term viability.

Hear from industry leaders through expert-led panels, keynotes and networking sessions and discover how to address the evolving challenges and opportunities facing the not-for-profit sector.

By bringing leaders together from across the sector, this summit creates a vibrant space to exchange ideas, share success stories and tackle common challenges. Whether you’re leading a large-scale operation or managing a community-driven initiative, you’ll gain the knowledge and inspiration needed to lead with confidence, resilience and purpose.
