This qualification addresses the strategic level leadership and management competencies required by those who have responsibilities for contributing to and implementing those activities which are directly linked to the strategic intent of an organisation.
Participants who enrol in this qualification typically use a broad range of cognitive, communication and interpersonal skills to analyse and respond to complex problems. Of equal importance is the ability to think creatively to bring innovative ideas to meet the changing needs of the customer.

Online Learning: Suitable for individuals developing new skills or transitioning into strategic level leadership roles and currently do not meet the requirements for the RPL Pathway
RPL: Perfect for senior level or executive level operational roles with at least two years’ experience wanting to have their skills, experience and previous training recognised without having to repeat the same learning.

Self-paced via our online portal to offer a flexible approach that can fit around your personal and work commitments. It is important to stay self-motivated and study consistently to reach your goals within the enrolment timeframe.
RPL Pathway: You will be required to upload evidence using workplace samples and answer knowledge-based questions using real examples of workplace tasks and processes you have undertaken as part of your role to support your application.
Online Learning Pathway: This pathway provides you with access to eLearning materials, learner guides, quizzes and activities (including the filming of role-play activities). It is based on a simulated workplace environment using scenario-based assessment tasks and theory-based questions to support building on existing skills and knowledge. (There is no face-to-face training or trainer led sessions).

Enrolment in this qualification is for 12 months. The actual timeframe will be dependent on how generally motivated you are to progress through the requirements.
RPL: RPL is a self-paced process. The time you need depends on how readily you can access and organise evidence of your skills and experience. As a guide, participants can spend several hours over 1–3 weeks per unit gathering and preparing evidence and completing knowledge questions. If your evidence is already organised, it may take less time; if you need to source documents from employers or third parties, it may take longer.
Online Learning: The time needed to develop competency across the units in this qualification will vary depending on your existing skills and experience. As a guide, and to complete within the advertised course duration, you should plan to commit around 10 – 14 hours per week to learning and assessment activities. This includes online study, workplace-based skills development (where applicable), quizzes, and completing assessments.
In the event you are unable to complete the requirements within the 12 month enrolment period, you may have the option to extend or re-enrol (conditions apply - see our RTO Schedule of Fees and Charges).
