Senior leaders do not need to become technical experts in AI, but they do need to understand what it can do, where it may create risk and how to guide its use across their organisation. Effective AI adoption requires informed judgement, clear governance and a realistic view of both opportunities and limitations.
In this course, you will explore AI in a business context, including common applications, ethical considerations, privacy, accountability and workforce impacts.
You will consider how to ask better questions, assess AI opportunities and support teams to use AI safely and effectively.
