Effective AI adoption requires informed judgement, clear governance and a realistic view of both opportunities and limitations.

In this course, you will explore AI in a business context, including common applications, ethical considerations, privacy, accountability and workforce impacts.

You will consider how to ask better questions, assess AI opportunities and support teams to use AI safely and effectively.

This course is for senior leaders, executives, directors and managers who need to understand AI from a strategic and organisational perspective. It is suited to leaders responsible for guiding teams, shaping decisions or supporting responsible AI adoption in the workplace.

Bringing your own device allows you to apply the learning to real work and leave with practical outputs you can use straight away.

Business, enterprise, or premium subscriptions are strongly recommended across all platforms. If you are attending with a personal subscription (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Google One AI Premium, or a personal Microsoft 365 plan), please anonymise all sensitive data before input.

You are welcome to use more than one platform if that is your preference. Participants with access to multiple tools will be able to compare platforms directly during the session.
