This course examines the early stages of setting up a contract. It helps prepare you for the phases of establishing, planning and procuring the necessary elements to increase the likelihood of the contract achieving its objectives.
This qualification stream focuses on procurement and is designed to cover the planning, administration and management of contracts and procurement, while looking at legal and risk elements associated with contract management. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others.
