BEEDIYAR is the Noongar word for ‘leader,’ and is a culturally responsive program designed to fast-track the career progression of Indigenous managers and leaders.

Through participation, the inaugural BEEDIYAR cohort will contribute to addressing the underrepresentation of First Nations professionals in senior roles and join a vibrant community committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive executive landscape.
