We are proud to present our inaugural Executive Assistant Conference. The first in a series of annual events designed to address the evolving role of executive assistants in the modern workplace, equipping them with the skills, insights, and networks needed to thrive in their dynamic roles.

Pia is an accomplished portfolio board director, immediate past Chair of Women in Technology WA and General Partner of FundWA. With over 30 years of legal, commercial and corporate experience across multiple industries, she has worked with hundreds of founders, start-ups and high-growth ventures.

Sharing her broad experience as a director, investor, advisor, mentor and entrepreneur, Pia sits on several boards within the technology, health, education and energy sectors. In 2023, she was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia in the King's Birthday 2023 Honours List for her significant service to technology, innovation, and women in STEM. 

Preetie Boler

Founder & Owner, Empowered by Design

Preetie is a transformational leader, speaker, author, facilitator and a former lawyer. With over 30 years of legal and commercial experience, she has excelled in negotiating construction disputes, settling complex legal matters and resolving intricate problems with skill and finesse.

She is a certified emotional intelligence facilitator, effectively leading, mentoring and inspiring teams, consistently achieving positive outcomes. Her expertise in empathy, authentic engagement and emotional resilience has empowered individuals and teams to maintain a thriving mindset.

As a migrant from a multicultural background, Preetie brings a unique perspective to her work. Through her program, ‘Breakthrough Your Inner Glass Ceiling to Unlock Your True Potential’, Preetie redefines women's empowerment, helping them overcome internal barriers and step into their authentic power.
