Kevin joined St John WA as its first Group Chief Executive Officer in January 2023, bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate, operational and commercial roles in airports across Australia and the UK.

When leading the Perth Airport team for over six years, Kevin oversaw significant growth during his tenure and ensured runways and terminals remained operational through the COVID-19 pandemic. He has a strong reputation for leadership and drives transformational change while at the same time demonstrating positive cultural development.

Chief Executive Officer, Good Sammy Enterprises

Kane leads Good Sammy, an iconic Western Australian for-purpose organisation with 850 employees across social enterprises in retail, recycling, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, property care, hospitality and labour hire. Over 50 per cent of its workforce comprises people with disabilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive employment.

With senior executive experience in private and government businesses, Kane blends commercial expertise with social impact, shaped by his experience as a father to a child with a rare disease.

He has chaired the Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability and held directorships at Therapy Focus, Charitable Recycling Australia, and Rare Voices Australia, contributing to government reviews on education and post-secondary pathways.

Toni co-founded Rohan Jewellers with her husband and business partner, jeweller Rohan Milne, in 2007. The success of the business is deeply rooted in their complementary skill sets, with Toni bringing her expertise in marketing, branding, and corporate social responsibility to the table.

With a background in financial services and luxury goods, Toni is a self-described "Jack of all Trades" with experience in strategic marketing, event management, and corporate social responsibility. Before Rohan Jewellers, she worked at the World Food Programme in Rome, gaining insights into global operations, and later honed her marketing skills at Deloitte Perth.

At Rohan Jewellers, Toni drives brand strategy and direction, ensuring it reflects the company’s core values. She also leads the charity and partnerships program, reinforcing the company’s commitment to community engagement and lasting collaborations.
