International

Training for international clients

AIM WA International has delivered leadership programs extensively overseas. We have also delivered functional, technical, and personal development training based on the organisations’ needs. Given our extensive pool of expert consultants, we can also design programs from the ground up.

The main objective of in-bound to Perth in-house/customised programs is to assist organisations in their ‘internationalisation strategic objective’. The program will be an ‘immersion experience’ that includes company visits and CEO/senior leader presentations and cultural activities.

The standard HPLDP is three modules of 4 days each module. It can be shortened into a 5-day program, 2 modules of 2 – 3 days. We will work with the organisation in selecting the most relevant focus areas and competencies for the shorter program.

The LDQ is a simulation-based senior leadership program where the ‘international immersion’ especially the company visit(s) and WA senior leader presentations are key components of the total learning experience.

Our Senior Executive Forum is a short and sharp leadership program facilitated by two faculty from the Harvard Business School utilising the Harvard case study method.

Our international value proposition our unique offering of ‘Local context, global perspective’. We respect and work with the culture and norms of countries and organisations we work with, then work with our clients to ensure global best practices and competencies are integrated for individual, team and organisation’s performance improvement.

We prefer to charge in Australian $ given program costs are incurred in this currency. However we are flexible given country and organisation currency requirements.

For individual participants registering in our public programs, we provide program registration letters to include in their visa application. There are two ways for in-house/customised programs. Firstly, we provide a program confirmation letter to the Client Project Owner. The latter then attaches a list of participants with passport details for visa application processing. Or, some organisations prefer each participant to apply for their visas, hence we will provide individual program confirmation letters – same process as the public program registration.
