Ron is a management consultant and certified coach with more than 20 years of experience. Ron has worked with a range of clients including mining, manufacturing, construction, entertainment, government agencies and higher education. Ron has significant international experience having worked in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Singapore.

Norman’s areas of expertise include the facilitation of strategic planning processes, management of change, the design and interpretation of employee opinion surveys, managerial competency assessment, performance management and coaching.
Norman's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Norman is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CMAHRI) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators (AIPFM).
Doug has over 25 years’ experience in the finance, insurance, recruitment and hospitality industries leading teams of up to 250 people. His career background ranges from running his own business to working as an executive in a major bank as well as senior leadership roles in the not for profit sector and mutual corporations. Over the last 6 years Doug has consulted to a diverse range of clients in telecommunications, resources, public utilities and the local government sector.
Doug’s areas of expertise extends from strategy and planning to contract management and general leadership and managements. He has a particular interest in making finance based subjects relevant and accessible for people with limited exposure to the principles of accounting.
Doug is a Board member and secretary for Creative and Therapy Activities – a charitable organisation based in Perth’s northern suburbs supporting people with disabilities through involvement in craft, woodwork, dance and music activities.

Hazel's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (University of Western Australia) and Postgraduate Diploma HRD (Curtin). Hazel also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is an accredited practitioner in MBTI, Situational Leadership and the Team Synergy Scale.
John’s relationship with AIM WA spans more than 25 years, most recently as the Manager of Corporate Membership.
