Julie Fraser AFAIM

Julie is an experienced Learning and Development professional involved with many aspects of the professional training and coaching industry.  Her career history includes roles in management, sales, marketing, learning and development within finance, aviation, resources, community services and healthcare sectors across Australia, UK, Europe and Middle East.

Her international roles provided her with the opportunity to work with many different cultures supporting her natural ability to connect and relate to all levels of people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

As the Australian lead facilitator of ‘Developing an Eye for Accuracy’ designed for data entry employees to improve their personal effectiveness and accuracy at work, Julie’s experience in facilitation is extensive in facilitating the training and development of personal leadership and effectiveness.

Internationally, Julie led a coaching programme for high talent employees to build their leadership capability and ability to manage teams more effectively resulting in a successful long term succession plan for the organisation.

Julie provides coaching and mentoring to clients in industry sectors as well as personal life and leadership coaching to the private sector using the Lumina Learning psychometric tool.

Graeme Robb
Head of Product Design and Delivery

With a strong business background (working for organisations such as Shell Australia and Westpac), Graeme now consults with organisations that are seeking to improve their team and leadership effectiveness.

Since starting in the business world, Graeme has been involved in front line management roles; moving on to mid-level management positions; then to State Manager roles. He has also owned and managed his own businesses.

He conducts training and facilitation in teamwork, leadership, management, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, influence and persuasion.

He has created and delivered numerous courses and facilitated workshops on team and leadership issues since 1996.

Nikki Ashmore

Nikki is a vibrant and engaging facilitator. With over a decade of experience facilitating and training workshops in the management and leadership arena, Nikki skilfully creates a safe training environment that is not only relatable and practical but also interactive and enjoyable.

Her experience with a vast range of clients both domestically and internationally, across the public and private sectors, gives her the ability to build trust and rapport with people of varying business and education levels and cultures. Over 20 years of experience in customer service means Nikki knows how to adapt to client needs to ensure the service she delivers is to the highest standard.

Nikki has spent many years as a director on a variety of boards and four years as a member of an executive committee. This has given her invaluable experience and insight into the behind the scenes workings of complex organisations and high level decision making processes.


Chris Williams
Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Chris is a highly engaging and knowledgeable facilitator and consultant who has held numerous management and executive roles gained from over 20 years in the Finance and Training sector, where he quickly developed his passion for leadership and inspiring people to perform to the best of their ability.

As one of AIM WA’s Senior Consultants, Chris is responsible for the design, facilitation, and programme direction of many of AIM WA’s Executive programs both locally and internationally, as well as being an integral part of Leadership Development in the South East Asian region. 

His dynamic presentation style has seen him gain accolades from many industry sectors, including finance, retail, oil and gas, not for profit and the public sectors.  His philosophy is that a learning environment should be one where people are engaged in the learning process.  He customises and crafts his workshops accordingly to incorporate elements of humour, depth and interactivity to create an environment where people are challenged, stimulated and above all, inspired to learn.

Chris’ extensive industry experience as a Practitioner has given him a commercial depth that balances ‘practicality and creativity’ in his facilitation. A very engaging facilitator, Chris has been delivering a wide range of Management and Executive Programs throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Dr Shaun Ridley

Shaun Ridley is an international management consultant and trainer who has over 30 years’ experience empowering organisations to develop their strategic direction, proactively manage change, and develop the potential of their people.

Shaun is a highly sought after consultant and facilitator with a reputation for delivering world-class outcomes for clients.  He has delivered programs throughout Australia and in the USA, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia.

Shaun’s particular areas of expertise include leadership, strategic planning and decision making, negotiation skills and human resource management.

Shaun has completed his Doctor of Business Administration with a research focus on the practical aspects of organisational leadership. He is currently the Deputy Chair of the national Business Services Industry Reference Committee and Deputy Chair of the local FAPSTC Training Council.

Lesley Reagon
Head of Compliance

Lesley has over 14 years’ experience working in RTO’s and a further 10 years managing teams. With a focus on improving outcomes for participants, Lesley has implemented processes and continuous improvement plans to ensure ongoing compliance.

She has also been part of the National Training Advisory Group for the redevelopment of the Real Estate Training Package and was a representative on the National Property Industry Reference Committee.

Alison Taylor

Alison is a business development manager for the AIM WA+ UWA Business School Executive Education joint venture.

As an accredited coach Alison’s passion is working one-on-one with individuals to help them develop their personal and work capabilities and achieve positive change. With a genuine interest in helping her coachees to find relevant and practical solutions to their challenges, she gains great satisfaction in assisting them obtain their goals.

Alison has over 15 years of management experience in Europe and Australasia, working with both small and large teams. She has been with AIM WA since 2010 and has worked with hundreds of organisations to help them find robust learning and development solutions to meet their needs. 

Rumbie Muparutsa
Senior Compliance Support

Compliance Professional with a specific interest in RTO and Work Health and Safety Compliance.

Rumbie has over 12 years experience working as an International Education Professional managing English Testing centre Compliance and Governance.

She is a Trainer and Assessor specialising in Leadership and Management, Business and Communication qualifications.
