A sharper focus in organisations to prioritise the mental wellbeing of their employees opens an opportunity for gaining deeper insights into the factors that contribute to optimal mental health. Recent changes to the WHS legislation also shines a spotlight on the importance of extending our attention beyond physical wellbeing.

This course explores various strategies employees can use to support their own mental health and contribute to the health of their colleagues . By identifying workplace stressors that affect our wellbeing, we can initiate behavioural changes and extend support to others to improve the mental health of all employees.
